What do UWFK volunteers do?
There are a variety of things you can do to help UWFK! Share your knowledge about finance, accounting, and investment. Help us by taking pictures at events or speaking at business guilds and other organizations about the work UWFK does. Host a fundraiser! Organize a good or school supply drive. We also need on call volunteers for service events such as Martin Luther King Day of Service and our annual distribution of school supplies in early fall. These events are perfect for large groups!
Who volunteers with UWFK?
Our volunteers can be anyone! UWFK needs individuals with passion and enthusiasm for the work we do. We encourage everyone to volunteer with us! We are in special need of volunteers with marketing, photography, finance, and public speaking skills.
When do UWFK volunteers work?
UWFK will try to set up volunteer dates and times that fit your schedule. We have several yearly events that are planned in advance. Otherwise, you choose your schedule!
Where do UWFK volunteers serve?
UWFK volunteers can serve from almost anywhere! Office volunteers can assist us at either of our physical locations: Key West or Tavernier. Occasionally we may have volunteers helping at our non-profit sites, which are close to almost every large city in the Keys.
Why volunteer for UWFK?
