For the past three months, UWFK has been selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a $1,000 gift card to Publix Supermarkets. Tickets were $20 each with all raffle proceeds going to benefit UWFK food, education, and safety programs.
The winner of the raffle was drawn at UWFK's Valentine's Day Brunch. A ticket sold by Board Vice-Chair Trich Worthington to Marathon resident, Greg Konrath, was drawn at the brunch. Greg will now get an extra $1,000 to spend with our friends at Publix! Thank you to all that participated in the raffle! Your donations provide children with scholarships to quality childcare programs, and hungry individuals throughout the Keys with access to nutritious food.
