Community Resource Guide Now in 3 Languages, with COVID-19 Information

The new year brought a new and improved edition of the comprehensive Monroe County Community Resource Guide (CRG) compiled by United Way of Collier and the Keys. 

 

Most exciting is that the PDF version is now available in English, Spanish and Creole! This reduces a language barrier for Keys residents needing assistance but with limited English proficiency.  Thank you to Monroe County for providing the funding to have the guide translated.  

 

Information about COVID-19 safety and assistance resources has been added to the CRG in addition to details on the community programs and assistance available at any time. The CRG is a resource for residents as well as for those who work with the public and sometimes need to refer clients for various assistance.

 

While the interactive online version at KeysHelp.org is updated on a rolling basis, users may download or print the recently-updated PDF version in a single language or the 3 language version directly from this site, as well.

 

Keys Health Ready Coalition recently provided funding to print and distribute copies of the updated, 3-language CRG. As the most comprehensive resource listing in Monroe County, copies will be distributed at more than 60 local entities, including social service agencies, local law enforcement, municipalities, churches, and shelters.
