Our annual Stuff the Bus campaign provides school supplies to over 8,700 students throughout the Keys every year. Statistics prove that students who have access to the school supplies they need consistently have stronger rates of class participation and arrive at school with a desire to learn.
This year we are once again seeking monetary donations only. Working closely with the schools, the funds raised allow each school to purchase exactly the items their students need.
Your donation allows us to expand beyond backpacks, paper and crayons to also include important educational devices like graphing calculators and other digital equipment--items that some students cannot afford but need for a successful school year. Sponsorship opportunitites are available for organizations, and will receive special acknowledgement on social media.
- WHO: Our community members, businesses, organizations, and civic groups. For sponsorship opportunities, please call our office at 305-735-1929.
- WHAT: Raise funds to purchase school supplies for Monroe County children. 100% of funds collected go directly to local Monroe County Schools.
- WHEN: Donate until August 31! Early in the school year, funds will be disbursed so schools may purchase supplies needed by their students.
