Announcing KeysHelp.org

UWCK is excited to announce KeysHelp.org, an innovative way to assist neighbors in need. Through this website, UWCK has developed a platform to safely connect individuals and families financially impacted by COVID-19 with case managers who can help provide assistance. It also includes the most comprehensive listing of health and human services resources for Keys residents.

The platform enables clients to apply for assistance from the safety of their homes, using mobile phones, tablets, or computers, and case managers can help them while working remotely, at a safe social distance.

In Monroe County, individuals and families can apply for assistance in English, Spanish, and Creole and securely fill out an online application, including uploading needed documents to complete the process quickly and safely.

Keys families affected by COVID-19 with a documented loss of income can Apply Here for up to $250/month through the Florida Keys Outreach Coalition, Inc. Assistance with food, medical, prescription, childcare, communication and transportation needs is available through generous support by Ocean Reef Community Foundation and United Way of Collier and the Keys. Additional services and organizations will be added in the coming months.

Also available on KeysHelp.org, is UWCK's Community Resource Guide to assist Monroe County residents. This comprehensive resource library helps our community find the resources and information they need during times of uncertainty. Resources include childcare, food pantries, rent and utilities assistance, medical and mental healthcare, and more.

Feel free to print or share the flyer as widely as possible, to connect residents with resources.
